Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in your designated region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements for rapid prototyping services.
  • Present and articulate the advantages of our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure customer project requirements are met.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend trade shows, workshops, and other networking events to promote our services and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in rapid prototyping, 3D printing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the local market in the US, Canada, UK, or Australia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Local Telemarketer

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Telemarketers to promote our rapid prototyping and injection molding services. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to the solutions Firstmold can offer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen interest in manufacturing technologies, and the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to identify and engage potential clients in the designated regions.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and advantages of Firstmold’s services, including CNC machining, injection molding, and more.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to present our services in detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine telemarketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback from potential clients to help tailor our services and marketing approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing sector, specifically rapid prototyping and injection molding, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Access to a quiet working environment and a reliable internet connection for making calls.
